Catherine is a family nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience, is passionate about creating a safe space for her patients, which allows her to give therapeutic holistic care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Salle University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
During the COVID-19 pandemic Catherine co-authored a children’s book titled Our Heroes. “The book highlights nurses, doctors, delivery people, grocery store employees, educators, and sanitation workers,” McNamara said. “I am happy and proud of a project that honors the everyday heroes.”
